Why it matters

Strategy is knowing what not to build

Most technology problems are prioritisation problems. We map what you have, what it costs, and what it prevents — then recommend the smallest sequence of changes with the largest effect.

Deliverables are written for decision-makers: one-page summaries, clear options, and honest trade-offs. You decide; we can implement or hand over to your team.

  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Systems and spend inventory
  • Risk register
  • Options paper with costs
  • 90-day action plan
  • Review cadence agreed

FAQ

Consulting questions

Scope, independence, and what happens after the report.

Ask a question
What does a technology audit cover?

Systems, contracts, integrations, security posture, backup readiness, and spend. We interview key staff, review documentation, and produce a prioritised findings report with costed options.

How long does an engagement take?

Audit and roadmap durations depend on scope and access; we confirm a window before starting. Advisory retainers continue monthly with a regular review.

Do you implement the recommendations?

If you want us to, yes. The roadmap can serve as a tender document or be handed to your internal team. We are happy either way and price implementation separately.

Can you work with our existing IT provider?

Yes. We stay independent and coordinate with your provider, giving you a second opinion without disrupting day-to-day support.

What does it cost?

Audits and roadmaps are quoted on scope, and the fee is confirmed before starting. You get a written scope, deliverables, and timeline so there are no open-ended consulting hours.

Is the work confidential?

Yes. We sign your NDA, restrict access to the engagement team, and keep findings in a shared workspace you control. Deliverables belong to you.
