Hosting & Server Management

Infrastructure That Stays Up and Stays Fast

Managed hosting, hardening, backups, and monitoring for sites and applications that cannot afford surprises — with a real engineer on the other end.

  • Uptime and error monitoring
  • Encrypted backups
  • Hardened server configs
  • Migration support
Why it matters

Downtime is a business event

A slow or unavailable site costs leads every minute. We treat hosting as production infrastructure: monitored, backed up, patched, and documented.

You get access to the stack, a clear escalation path, and monthly health reports — no black boxes and no surprise invoices.

  • Uptime and resource alerts
  • Encrypted backups
  • WAF and rate limiting
  • Automatic security patches
  • Scheduled restore tests
  • Documented access control

How we work

Assess, harden, migrate, monitor

No downtime theatre. Planned cutovers and tested rollbacks.

  1. Assess

Current stack, traffic, bottlenecks, and security gaps reviewed.

  2. Harden

Firewall, access, TLS, and patch policy applied before go-live.

  3. Migrate

Staged migration with DNS cutover and a tested rollback path.

  4. Monitor

Uptime, resources, and errors watched, with monthly reporting.

FAQ

Hosting and server questions

What we cover, and what happens when something breaks.

Ask a question
Do you host WordPress sites?

Yes. We manage tuned application environments with caching, a WAF, staging, and backups. Stack compatibility is confirmed before quoting.

Can we keep our current hosting provider?

Yes. If your provider is solid, we can manage the server without moving it. If it is not, we recommend an alternative and handle the migration.

How do backups work?

Encrypted backups are stored with a retention window agreed per plan, and restore tests are scheduled so backups are known to work.

What happens when the site goes down?

Monitoring raises alerts through the agreed channel. Response and escalation are defined in your plan, and we keep you updated until service is restored. A post-incident note explains what changed.

Is security included?

Yes: hardening, firewall rules, TLS, least-privilege access, patch management, and monitoring. Deeper penetration testing and compliance audits are available as separate engagements.

Can you manage our business email and DNS?

We do. That covers DNS records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so mail is delivered reliably, plus SSL certificates and renewals.
